About the role:


As the Legal Contracts Manager, you will benefit from the opportunity to:


  • Draft and prepare a variety of commercial contracts;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide general commercial advice to colleagues; and
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

About the Legal Contracts Manager:


You will be a Commercial Paralegal or Contracts Manager with commercial contracts experience, and also be able to commute to their Lichfield office.


Essential skills:


  • A good knowledge of data protection
  • Strong technical legal skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
