Long O Donnell Associates is continually recognised as a world class consultant providing engineering, project and programme management and commercial solutions, to our clients within the energy, infrastructure and Governmental sectors. We are now looking for an IMS Coordinator (Internal Management System) who has a keen eye for detail and is able to work as part of an effective team, based in our head office in Northwich. This position requires the successful candidate to be able to liaise with various members of the company both senior and junior, where assistance will be provided, to ensure all quality accreditation’s are met therefore the compliance role is a vital part of the successful running of the business. Main Responsibilities will include Internal audits for document control Internal audits and compliance for ISO9001 2015 edition Meeting external auditors through the year to ensure accreditation are compliant Produce and maintain accurate audit records Compliant and complaints recording Conduct follow-up on non conformance’s and observations Support the development and implementation of new/additional/updated standards Ensure all audits are effectively planned and conducted Ensure IMS audits are conducted as scheduled in accordance with management system standards and other legal requirements General office administration duties will include Answering the main office phone Scanning/filling and archiving documents Handling employee bookings for travel and events Willingness to carry out any other duties as required to meet the business needs Requirements Working knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 - 2015 is essential for this role Experience in a similar role is preferred Strong working knowledge of IT Software such as Word, Excel & O365 (Sharepoint) Ability to work to tight deadlines strong communication skills both written and verbal Adherence to staff and client confidentiality obligations Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally at all levels Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Flow - Ideal but not essential *Please note this role can be considered both part time however there may be occasions where additional full time hours are required to meet the needs of the business* If you feel you have the skills and knowledge and are suitable for this role then please apply now and ensure you most up to date and complete CV is sent for review.
