Developing the impact assessments – working with the project implementation teams
Working with the project/programme manager to understand and define the overall vision and strategy – to help direct the change effort and the strategies required to deliver it.
Agree success measures and benefit realisation for respective stakeholders/ audiences.
Develop and maintain the overall change action plan(s), implement, monitor/review and evolve based on feedback, successes, known issues etc.
Stakeholder map including those impacted by the change [audience mapping] and those that can influence the change – champions/sponsors (execs/other functions including HR/ Talent Development/ IT/Comms/Finance) needed to help bring about success – building a team of stakeholders to support the programme.
Governance model – sign off/decisions makers/reporting
Detailed change plan – including change impact assessment, alignment to business strategy, potential risks and issues – everything from understanding what else is happening in the business that could impact this programme through to outside influences in alignment to AVEVA’s culture and values.
Interventions – develop plans for training and development requirements, working with the TD team to support the implementation of new skills or knowledge
Detailed timeline and high-level timeline
Work with the change communications team in developing a communications strategy aligned to the corporate communications strategy [ToV, brand, channels] and approach including feedback channels. Work together on the delivery of these activities.
Accountable to the Project/Programme Managers on the projects within scope.

Note this role does not get involved in business as usual activities but needs to have a good understanding of what is happening alongside change activities. It will focus on the change project/programme only. The role will, however, need to work with stakeholders to understand the overall business landscape to avoid clashes and challenges.

Responsibilities
Complete change management assessments
Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Consult and coach workstream teams
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Work with HR to identify employee segments affected by the change
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
Assist in the integration of change management activities into project plan
Manage stakeholders
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the IMO and ITO level
Provision of appropriate reports through available tools to IMO and ITO regularly and adhoc.

Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies (ITIL Accredited)
Experience of running a Change Management process and toolsets
Able to work collaboratively and successfully as part of a team, and with key stakeholders and users
Numerical and analytical ability with relevant experience of evaluating and accurately analysing service data, interpreting results and provide reports.
The ability to engage and influence people, convey our processes and goals succinctly and have the drive and tenacity to support the integration activities.
Strong user of MS Office suite
Familiarity with the technology industry and its practices
