Position:Immigration Solicitor ((IAAS Senior Caseworker Accredited)

Job type:Full Time - Permanent.

Location: Camberwell, Greater London.

Our firm is in Camberwell, Greater London, and we require an Immigration Solicitor (IAAS Senior Caseworker Accredited) that is qualified to supervise Immigration/Asylum Law under the Legal Aid Scheme.

The right candidate will:

- Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of three (3) years of PQE experience

- Be accredited to at least the Senior Caseworker level under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS).

-Meet the supervisor requirement for Immigration/Asylum law under the Legal Aid Scheme.

- Be able to undertake the full range of immigration and asylum work (asylum, rules-based immigration applications, outside-the-rules applications, nationality, human rights applications, appeals, and judicial review).

- Be experienced in appeals (Upper Tribunal and Court of Appeal).

- Be experienced in advocacy.

- Be able to carry out your own casework and supervise other caseworkers.

- Be knowledgeable in the use of CCMS.

- Participate in Business Development.

- Have a current practicing Certificate.

- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom

Salary range: £ 33,499.00- £ 35,547.00 (Depending on experience)

Job type:Full-Time Permanent

Working Hours:9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
