6am - 11pm Monday to Sunday OR 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday

Duties;
  • Professional approach to customer service
  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, E-mail, SMS and chat
  • Building a customer rapport
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company’s/ clients products and services
    • Skills;
  • Experience in telephone environment answering calls
  • Positive approach to learning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and reliable
