Overview

Mitchell Adam are excited to announce their newly found collaboration with an UK SME organisation, who are looking to hire an Immediately Available Bookkeeper, into their branch in Sutton Coldfield. The organisation are hoping to bring on an experienced candidate who will hit the ground running in this position. It is essential that the successful candidate has a deep understanding of accounting, and has experience in duties such as Accruals and Pre-Payments.

You will be working in a small team, one who are happy helping out when needed. Working closely with your new colleagues will ensure that you will excel in this role. You will quickly adapt to your responsibilities and have an engaging and exciting time in this organisation. In this role you will be completing duties such as processing invoices, as well as helping out the Finance Manager at Month-end, this is where the Accruals and Pre-Payment experience is relied upon.

Skill required

  • As the role is an Immediately Available Bookkeeper, to be immediately available is essential for this position, as the organisation are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
  • To have a strong level of experience is desired, and to have covered Month-end is ideal, as you will be involved in the process in this team.
  • To have excellent communication skills as working in a small team relies on great communication skills.
  • To be eager and motivated to produce a high quality of work in this position is required.
