My client is a dynamic organisation, recognised nationally as one of the highest performing schools in the North of England and are currently sponsoring over 30 schools.

They are now looking for an ICT Technician to support the provision of high-quality and professional ICT support services to all staff and students within the group as and when required.

This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for IT and is looking to kick-start their career.

The salary for this position is up to £21,000 plus extensive and quality training from Senior IT professionals and a lot so other exciting benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage own workload through the allocation of calls via the helpdesk.
  • Providing first-line ICT support to staff and students.
  • Assist with the maintenance of all ICT rooms and equipment.
  • Assist with general technical support for the ICT department
Requirements
  • Passion for the IT sector

  • Basic ICT Knowledge
