The Opportunity*
We are currently recruiting for an experienced ICT Support Specialist to join our ICT team based at our Head Office in Stockton. Working for the ICT Support Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the business is provided with an extremely high level of ICT support & project management services, both at Head Office and across px operational sites.
As part of the ICT Support team you will be involved in a diverse range of ICT duties including;

• 1st, 2nd line px ICT helpdesk support.
• Preparation and installations of hardware/software.
• Physical hardware rollouts & upgrades.
• Asset Management
• Support of ICT projects and strategic activities
• Support & management of px corporate tools
• Management of multi-vendor printing estate.
• Procurement of ICT Equipment/Licenses/Systems.
• UK wide site ICT Support visits & supporting site ICT based projects where required.
• Maintenance and testing of Networks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous helpdesk experience.
• Experience in Installation, upgrading & general support of a wide range of software applications.
• Experience in building, installation & upgrading of hardware.
• Experience in extensive asset management.
• Experience in Network support, installation & maintenance.
• Microsoft OS (Win 7 Onwards).
• MS 365.
