ICT Digital Skills Trainer

Job description

Permanent - Full time

37 hours per week - Monday to Friday


Incommunities’ ICT Service Delivery Team are looking for an experienced ICT Trainers to join our enthusiastic team. You will deliver a programme of digital skills and systems training to our staff. You are a quick learner and have experience of delivering modern, creative and effective training materials using the latest technologies and be comfortable delivering face to face and online training.


You will work with your ICT colleagues to identify areas of training need and provide a baseline programme of ICT skills for all Incommunities staff, including Microsoft Windows, Citrix, Office 365, Microsoft Teams and mobile devices, including Android and IOS. You will promote and enhance the awareness of Cyber Security across Incommunities through inductions and delivery of annual training and work with Business Leaders and Business Intelligence colleagues to identify and improve areas of poor data quality.

The deadline for applications is Midnight on the 16th August. Shortlisting will be done 17th and 18th August, with online interviews on the 19th and 20th August.

Candidates will be asked to prepare a short training session as part of the interview.
