An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ICT Business and Technical Support Officerwithin our ICT Department. This opportunity will provide you with direct exposure to all aspects of a fast-paced ICT function.

We are looking for an individual who has a genuine interest in a career in IT. You should have the following skills:

Essential:

  • Experience of using a wide variety of ICT systems in the workplace.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and other 365 applications.
  • Experience of general ICT problem solving and issue resolution.

Desirable:

  • Experience of developing Workflow and Reporting within OpenHousing, or a similar Housing Management system.

So what is the role?

You will work in a small team of ICT professionals to provide frontline ICT support to the organisation.

You will provide general assistance to the ICT system administrators, including providing support to system users and assisting with the development of new workflows and reports.
