We have a new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join us andassistthe business in improving its processes and services through analysing current ways of working and collaborate to build new ways of working. Solutions delivered will be based on world class technology making use of new digital platforms to deliver great customer experiences.

The role

In this role you will engage with stakeholders and users to understand their needs andidentifyrequirements for both short and long-term system developments,enhancementsor procurements, through the analysis of business processes. You will translate these requirements into detailed system or software technical specifications and execute our business analysis framework, applying it to projects and BAU activities alike.

Maintaining awareness of, and compliance with, legislation,regulationand statutory obligations, you will deliver business analysis support to operational business areas through all phases of the project lifecycle, from scoping, business case development, analysing requirements,developmentor delivery, testing through to service transition and adoption.

This is a key role in which you will act as a trusted ICT business partner to one or more operational business areas ensuring that strategic and operationalobjectivesare considered during the operation and development of Broadacres business systems and services.

About You

With experience working within a similar role, you will need to have:
  • Experience of delivering effective business analysis support to multiple simultaneous projects
  • High levelof ICT system competence adept with process modelling platforms such as Visio, Lucid charts, etc.
  • Experience in analytics and process modelling.
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis
  • Experience across the whole life cycle of a project
  • Experience in Agile or other projectmethodology
  • An understanding of change management and platform design
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to talk to and influence stakeholders andidentifyacceptable solutions to business issues
  • Competency in process modelling
  • Fundamental BA skills
  • Confidence to work autonomously and positively challenge colleagues
