The Role

In any kitchen, hygiene is paramount and in a kitchen that produces thousands of meals every day, even more so! That’s why we are looking for passionate people with very exacting standards to join our hygiene team in our kitchen located in Dulcote, Wells. In these skilled roles you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our production kitchen are maintained as cleanly and safely as possible.

What You’ll Receive

This is a role for hard workers; those who take real pride in their work and enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment. When you start your career with Bigham’s you’ll receive:
  • A competitive salary of £11.96 per hour (including all premiums)
  • A pay increase to £12.17 per hour following the successful completion of 3 months’ probation (including all premiums)
  • Overtime payments, paid at 1.25x the hourly base rate
  • 28 days annual leave, increasing each year
  • Annual bonus
  • Paid breaks
