We are seeking a Hygiene Manager, this is an exciting and varied role working for a company in Cullompton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hygiene throughout the business, this includes overseeing the cleaning and disinfecting process, managing the flow of personnel and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene throughout the site.Benefits

What You Will Be Doing
  • Maintain detailed cleaning instructions and schedules for every hygiene activity
  • Provide training and awareness for all hygiene and waste handling staff in all procedures relevant to their role
  • Conduct compliance audits/inspections of internal hygiene standards and documentation
  • Manage the provision of hygiene chemicals and dosing equipment on site - to include periodic chemical dosing checks, maintenance of equipment and to oversee the safe storage, decant, transport and use of chemicals on site
  • Manage the ordering and stock control of hygiene consumables, chemicals and laundry
  • Conduct review of COSHH assessments, risk assessments and document safe systems of work for all hygiene tasks. Ensuring the hygiene team work safely within the COSHH and H&S guidelines and follow the appropriate training.
  • Lead and manage "Hygiene" throughout the building, ensuring targets are clear, results achieved, displayed and communicated.
Requirements
  • Food Safety Level 3/4 and HACCP qualification
  • Have a high level of Safety and Quality focus
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to delegate
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels
  • Be highly motivated, ambitious and determined
