We are currently offering an opportunity for the right candidate to join our mechanical team as a Project Manager. Working from our Mechanical office in Stoke on Trent you would be involved in the delivery of projects throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate should

  • Understand the requirements for working effectively as part of a team
  • Be able to maintain a flexible agenda to accommodate unforeseen tasks with short deadlines within their day to day working.
  • Always be professional, polite and respectful to colleagues and associates within a project, developing and maintaining relationships at each level.
  • Hold a suitable qualification in building services or mechanical engineering (HNC or above).

The role will include

  • The management of all aspects within your allocated projects.
  • Production and verification of HVAC systems designs, specifications and project requirements.
  • Estimating and quoting works based on both site surveys and tender information.
  • Project Administration including the preparation of pre and post contract documentation.
  • Attending client and site meetings / surveys.
  • Compiling health and safety documentation required under CDM regulations.
  • Collating O&M manuals and handover information.
