Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer, £21 ph, Crowthorne, start ASAP, min 3 months contract Our client is currently looking for mechanical bias building services engineer. The successful Building Services maintenance engineer will have mechanical building services experience and completed fault finding as well as PPM’s. Building Services maintenance Engineer will be able to communicate both written and verbally to a high level.

Providing written reports on faults and PPM’s, reactive works and time and materials for invoicing. Building Services Maintenance Engineer will live a commutable distance of Crowthorne. It’s working in high security level facility so candidates mustn’t have any criminal convictions and be able to work according to strict security rule on site.
