At Hutchison Catering we are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision meeting the bespoke requirements of each school and client that we serve across the UK.
We are currently looking for a Payroll / HR assistant to work at our Head Office (NE11)
The key duties of the Payroll Assistant are;
- Contribute to the effective working of the payroll team to ensure 1st class, seamless service delivery.
- Administer end-to-end payroll processing.
- Post payroll transactions and investigate and resolve queries.
- Process monthly payrolls.
- Manage shared inboxes and other information received in relation to payroll.
- Work closely with our colleagues to ensure we have accurate payroll data.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of service.
- Contribute to the effective working of the Admin Department
The successful Payroll Assistant will;
- Have previous payroll experience (preferably using Sage software)
- Have experience in a high volume role
- Be interested in developing their career alongside our fast expanding business
This is a full time position with a starting salary of between £20K - £22k
