Human Resources Manager
You will work closely with our managers across a number of parts of our organisation to
provide advice and guidance on the full remit of HR issues, including supporting colleagues
throughout their employment journey.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
Maintain all staff personnel files regularly and to a high standard.- Assist with monthly payroll by updating the daily register.
- Providing comprehensive HR advice to management and Directors/Board level.
- Implementing and updating policies and procedures in accordance with best practice
- and business needs.
- Own employee relations matters (e.g. probation, performance, conflict management,
- investigation, disciplinary, grievance, termination)
- Manage recruitment activities, from composing job adverts, managing direct
- recruitment campaigns through the Company’s Social Media channels, drafting
- contracts and new starter paperwork and induction process.
- Develop standardised processes across the group, performance reviews, job
- evaluation, talent management and succession planning.
- Identifying opportunities for professional growth across the business
- Responsible for the ongoing implementation of OKR’s performance management
- processes. (Monthly & Quarterly)
- Responsibility for collating and cascading the objectives for the Quarterly Results
- Meeting, along with tracking and monitoring all KPI’s.
- Working closely with all head of departments giving advice and guidance.
- Conducting Leaver exit interviews.
- Staff engagement programs, along with staff surveys.
Human Resources Manager Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience within HR.- Excellent written and verbal communication – Both Formal and Informal
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Exemplary ethical and professional standards
- Good working knowledge of a mix of the following: employment law, HR functions
- such as pay and benefits, performance management, onboarding, evaluation,
- training and development and best practises.
- What we’re looking for
- CIPD or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Knowledge of Employment Law, GDPR and HR best practice
Location: Newport / WFH
JobType: Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 34 Hours per week
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
