An exciting opportunity has become available to work within our Human Resources Department, based at our Wisemore Campus.


Supporting the Head of Human Resources, you will take an operational lead across the core HR functions, providing strong operational management within the HR function whilst seeking opportunities to continuously improve the service and support that the HR team provides.


As the Human Resources Manager, you will have a full understanding of the HR function and the contribution it makes to the wider organisation to achieve right first time services, improved engagement with customers and a seamless approach to the delivery of the HR service with a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Having substantial experience of managing complex and sensitive casework, we are looking for someone who is holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification, and has excellent up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice approaches in HR.
