We are recruiting for an HR Manager to lead and manage our People Team ensuring the effective administration of all HR processes and systems, identifying and leading the team in new initiatives and developments in HR matters in line with our company strategic plan.

Our people are key to our success and we strive to provide an employee orientated, high performance culture and you’ll be working to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise our mission, objectives and values.

Your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training & development and talent management.

You will need to have extensive HR generalist experience at advisory level or above, with confidence in Employment Law and complex case work. It will be an advantage if you have experience in an education setting.
