Are you passionate about employee engagement, staff retention and wellbeing? Do you enjoy the recruitment and selection process whilst being involved in developing personal development plans with employees? If you are a door open, hands-on HR Manager with a passion for people then this could be a perfect fit for you! Being a key part of the leadership team, you will partner with the board on senior decision making. A standalone role reporting into the Global Head of HR you will have 1 direct report in the UK overseeing the HR function within the UK across 3 sites.

Duties:

· Identify and address staffing and recruiting needs

· Provide guidance on a range of matters relating to the complete employee lifecycle

· Develop and implement policies, processes, training, and initiatives

· Communicating company news, promoting events and celebrating achievements

· Work with the recruitment PSL to attract talent pipelines

· Reviewing and developing job descriptions through to advertising vacancies

· Interviewing candidates alongside hiring managers

· Lead and participate in key projects, on a local and global level

· Ensure a range of HR metrics, using excel and Success Factors, are prepared monthly

· Administration of HR programs including compensation, leave, time and attendance

· Dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters, performance and talent management

· Succession planning, recognition, and training and development

· Manage and review employee benefits including regular benchmarking and renewal processes

· Manage, develop, and coach the direct report (HR Administrator)

· Manage payroll administration on a monthly basis

· Oversee HR records and systems in both hard and electronic copy

Skills and Experience Required:

· CIPD qualified with solid generalist HR experience at Senior Management level

· Proven track record of delivering key HR initiatives and solutions

· People Manager – enjoys interacting and sharing with a broad range of people

· Demonstrate a sound understanding of employment law

· Strong organisational skills with high numeracy and literacy skills

· A team player who works collaboratively

· Able to work independently with a proactive approach to problem solving
