FJR Human Resources Manchester is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our clients team, also based in Manchester on a permanent basis due to growth. Joining an established team, you will implement the people strategy within a high volume contact center environment, whilst navigating the business area through a period of change and transformation.

As the HR Business Partner in this fast-paced and growing organisation, you will hold the responsibility of driving a high performing culture, working with line managers and stakeholders to succession planning and customer experience, embedding the people strategy aligned with the growth of organisation and all other BAU BP activities to support your assigned business area.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the below;

  • Experience of working at Business Partner level within a fast-paced environment
  • Previously involved with change and transformation projects
  • The ability to identify how to retain and create succession strategies for staff within a high-volume environment
  • A strong generalist background alongside experience with OD and Talent
  • Experience within a sales or contact center environment

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package and will be able to work two days a week from home.
