We are currently working in partnership with a large Health Retailer, a leader in its field based in East Birmingham , who are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with a salary ranging from £50,000 - £53,000 + £7,000 car allowance . The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have strong credibility and commercial awareness, experience working in a large multi-site operation, proven HR expertise and at least five plus years’ experience working in HR. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading operational role, coaching the business on better HR practices throughout a period of growth and change Improving retention, colleague engagement and people transformation by implementing a group people plan across the division Supporting the Head of People throughout the business transformation programme, whilst advising heads of departments on best people practices and ER case management Supporting the Head of L&D and Head of Recruitment in delivering succession plans Delivering colleague engagement surveys across divisions, and ensuring the appropriate action is taken based on the feedback Ensuring all Employee Relations cases are dealt with in an appropriate manner, whilst mitigating risk and ensuring a fair approach is adopted Experience required: CIPD Qualified Minimum five years plus HR experience Rewards and Benefits: 28 Days paid holiday Car parking provided
