Job Purpose:

The role of a Human Resource Business Partner is key to the success of our growth of our Operation this will be supporting our HR Manager in delivery of the People strategy. The role will require travel across our locations to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues. We are seeking a highly capable HR professional with the ambition and drive to succeed in a high growth business environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a colleague champion and change agent, anticipating People related needs and developing integrated solutions in line with the overarching People strategy
  • Create strong partnerships across the Group to deliver a value-added service to all Colleagues
  • Provide performance management guidance to Line Managers to include coaching, support and career development
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with senior key stakeholders and the wider People team to develop solutions
  • Ensure employee relations policies and procedures are fairly and proportionately applied, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement to current practices in conjunction with the wider People team
  • Develop, organise and facilitate Human Resources best practices and programmes to meet the strategic business needs in assigned locations
  • You will provide day-to-day support and advice to the Leadership Team and management in all aspects of HR in a fast-changing environment. This will include a wide range of employee-related activities, including performance management, induction recruitment and building our culture.
  • Assist in improving culture and morale and increasing performance through implementation and management of company recognition programmes and initiatives.

Experience & skills:

  • The role holder needs to be different things to different people and key to your success is building strong internal relationships across the group. We are seeking an ambitious and customer centric individual to join our team.
  • It is desirable that you are CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 standard or that you have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a HR Business Partner/People Partner role.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
  • Must be flexible and able to commit the time required to get the job done in line with business needs.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
