We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team for 12 months. Working closely with the HR Manager for Policy and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and co-delivering the Health and Wellbeing Strategy within the Council and partner organisations, working closely with HR, Public Health and Health and Safety colleagues. If you are a skilled and experienced HR professional with a passion for employee health and wellbeing this opportunity will provide the right person with the chance to leave a lasting legacy for our employees and partners. You may have to work across the service at times and so a generalist background is preferable. You must have a proven working background in HR and be qualified to either CIPD Level 5 or 7. The salary will depend on qualification level.

We are a small friendly team, who can accommodate flexible working which includes working from home either permanently or hybrid.
