This role will support the Group HR Manager in providing a high-quality all-round HR support to the business.
Working as part of a global HR team, the roleholder will provide comprehensive HR advice and support and act as point of contact for all HR requirements in EMEA and North America. You will provide support and advice to managers and employees, oversee group training requirements, work with the regional managers on recruitment activities and ensuring all necessary HR documentation is maintained including the monthly analytics for the divisional and PLC boards.
