Address:
Based at CFRS Training Centre, Sadler Road, Winsford but required to travel within the County. Home working opportunities also available.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent HR Advisor to work within our friendly and supportive HR team.

You will work closely with operational managers across Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service and provide them with coaching, support and guidance to enable them to effectively maximise the performance and potential of their staff throughout the employee lifecycle, including resourcing, performance management and employee relations. You will also create, maintain and launch HR policies and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with the resilience to provide pragmatic yet compliant HR solutions in an evolving and challenging environment.

As well as excellent communications skills, you will have the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and build positive working relationships with key stakeholders. You must have a good knowledge of HR best practice and a demonstrable understanding of current employment legislation.
