Are you looking for a new HR role that makes a real difference to people?

This new post as an HR Advisor will support the management and staff at Lilian Faithfull Care to be effective in their roles and provide the very best quality of HR advice to the business.

MAIN PURPOSE:

  • You will have responsibility and accountability for the full employee life cycle and will be involved in all areas of the HR function.
  • You will be expected to be confident in HR processes and assist the HR Director in ensuring that best practice is followed.
  • Provide high-quality professional advice and support to managers and staff for all related HR matters.
  • Undertake specialist and general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role.
  • Work with the Training Lead to support the training provision

SKILLS:

  • You are likely to have an level 5 HR qualification or be working towards
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in dealing with ER cases
  • Ideally experience working in a regulated environment
  • A desire to increase engagement rates
  • A good eye for detail
  • An excellent communicator at all levels
  • A desire to make a difference
  • Good planning and organisation skills
