Duties:

- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Workday)
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork
- Conduct data entry and generate HR reports as needed
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with conflict management and resolution
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Manage social media platforms for HR-related communications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is a plus
- Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or Workday
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
