Although we are working remotely today we can’t wait to get back to the office to be close to our friends and colleagues. Applicants should live in a commutable distance to our office here in Newton MA, this is NOT a remote role.

As the HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll / Time & Technology solution(s). You will act as a partner with the HR global organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide, production, and project support. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, providing level 1 support, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.

What You Will Be Doing In This Role
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, providing Level 1 support, troubleshooting systems issues, and performing ongoing configuration/development for assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s).
  • Responsible for assisting with Data Management activities including performing data audits and manual cleanup work.
  • Develop expertise in the quality data for the the assigned area(s). Help to improve data management method, systems, and standards continually.
  • Proactively suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs.
  • Responsible for routine reporting tasks under the direction of senior team members.
  • Prepare documents, job aids, and communications to meet the needs of both internal HR and other stakeholder groups.
  • Responsible for assisting in the management and ongoing upkeep of content on the HR Portal.

What We Hope You Will Bring To This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.) required.
  • Experience working with HR/organizational people data preferred (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics) preferred.
  • Experience and/or ability to work with diverse teams.
