My client is looking forTwo HR Business Partners to join a fast paste HR department, working closely with Senior Leadership to progress HR agendas and support their organisation with exceptional goals. You will develop your learning to become the HR expert within the functions that you support and be the primary HR contact for employees in those specific areas.
Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the acquisition of talent to ensure the right people are hired into the right roles
  • Providing proactive input to support delivery of departmental and company goals
  • Providing generalist HR support to both managers and employees
  • In conjunction with Managers, understand training and development needs to ensure both capability of Team and to provide opportunities for continuing growth
  • Deliver basic HR related training where required, e.g. Appraisal training, Interview skills training, People manager skills
  • Writing and amending company policies where required
  • Managing all employee relations issues and providing line managers with advice and support in line with current employment law and best practice
  • Monitoring and reporting of HR KPI’s
  • Assisting with and/or responsibility for internal projects as required
Essential
  • 3-5 yeas in a generalist HR operational role
  • CIPD qualification and/or equivalent of experience to deliver the role
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in applying Employment Law, managing complex ER issues
