HR & Training Administrator - WF13
Hours:8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay:£28,000 to £34,000 per annum, based on experience
CIPD Level 3 - ESSENTIAL
Our well-established textile company based in Wakefield are looking for a HR & Training officer to join their exciting and fast growing team.
The job role duties include:
  • Managing the recruitment process for the company.
  • Create and implement Retention & engagement plans for employees.
  • Review and monitor absences of employees.
  • Induct and train all new employees.
  • Ensure implementation of company polices.
The suitable HR & Training Officer MUST:
  • Have 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Have significant experience with recruitment.
  • Have a relevant CIPD qualification.
  • Be flexible.
  • Be IT Literate.
