Play an important part in our journey

As our HR Services Manager, you’ll be an integral member of our management team, responsible for the overall smooth running of the HR Services team, supported by 6 HR Assistants who together you will look after over 6,000 employees in the UK.

Your role is all about delivering the very best service to our people that provides a positive employee experience and promotes self-service in all areas of people related activity along the employee lifecycle.

You will drive quality process improvements and have an eye to identify opportunities to improve our service offering, making sure we remain current, efficient and valuable. The HR Services team play a role in many business projects so you will be key to ensuring business needs and project deadlines are met whilst balancing the workloads and priorities of the team.

You will build strong relationships, considering other people’s perspectives and demonstrate a one-team mentality across the wider HR team.

• a HR shared services background in a fast paced, high volume environment and ideally be looking to continue your career in shared services

• to be an experienced people leader, able to motivate, engage, empower and mentor your team to bring the best out in them

• to be an inspiring role model that will coach and drive professional standards and champion continuous improvement to provide the best service to our people

• to think outside the box, bring creativity and the confidence to challenge the norm and influence key stakeholders

• a positive, determined and optimistic approach with an outgoing and fun loving energy
