Are you an experienced HR Services Delivery Manager?

Would you like to inspire a friendly and welcoming team who are passionate about what they do, to provide outstanding delivery of HR services to a successful group?

Our HR Services team, who looks after Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Reward, and HR systems, is looking for your experience.

With your HR systems knowledge, legal know-how, relationship building, and resilience you’ll be ideal to oversee the team.

This is a pivotal role within the HR Leadership team which will see you foster and maintain relationships with managers, delivery, and operations teams across the group.

The Key Things You’ll Be Doing Are
  • Managing the service delivery team
  • Contributing to our people strategy
  • Supporting the Group HR Director with Reward activity
  • Monthly MI reporting
  • Accountability for monthly payroll delivery
  • Collaborating with L&D, HRBPs & Leadership to deliver HR services and Projects to the group
You’ll be able to advocate for and influence change, building on the great work the HR team already does, and help us to improve what we do, and how we do it.

On top of market appropriate pay, we’ll give you a car allowance & bonus.
