Join us at the FCA!

We are looking for a proactive and curious HR Reporting Analyst to join our friendly HR Delivery team. You will be joining us at an exciting time – we have recently launched Workday and there is lots of opportunity to develop its capability and support greater user adoption.

You will be developing people related metrics, analysis, and management information to provide data driven decision making and insights. This will help us improve business performance, workforce productivity and develop strategy effectively.

The Financial Conduct Authority exists to protect consumers and regulate UK financial services, at a time of profound and fast-paced global change. Our aim is to regulate in a way that adds most benefit to those who use financial services and support a market where good firms can thrive.

We protect the most vulnerable from those determined to cause financial harm, work to improve firms’ financial and operational resilience, promote competition by supporting new and innovative businesses, and help the global drive to a greener economy.

To meet these challenges we are transforming to become a data-led regulator, that identifies and runs towards future problems, and embraces future opportunities. An innovative, assertive and adaptive regulator.

Our remit is uniquely broad and the breadth of our responsibilities means we work in partnership with government, law enforcement, other regulators and international bodies.

We want to recruit colleagues with the right skills, ambition and passion for public service, from all backgrounds and all characteristics, to fulfil their potential in a unique workplace that values excellence, professionalism, collaboration and integrity.

We are a people centric organisation and as we transform to become a data-led regulator, that identifies and runs towards future problems, and embraces future opportunities, our people function is at the heart of that transformation.

You can read more about what we do at the FCA here .

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver a range of HR reporting including ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual requests via Workday, Excel and Tableau dashboards and scorecards.

  • Develop core HR dashboards, analysing data and reporting key trends/anomalies/points of interest to key stakeholders.

  • Support ongoing HR reporting development in Workday, maximising people MI and analytics availability to employees and managers at the touch of a button.

  • Conduct deep dives and in-depth analysis to provide insights to help shape HR policies, strategy, and business initiatives.

  • Support development of processes to enable data driven insights to help understand and predict workforce behaviours.

What you will get from the role:

  • Contribute to the development of a more data led HR function.

  • Delivering value added analytics and insights to drive people decision making.

  • Opportunity to develop and shape the reporting and MI for the organisation.
