HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team with a focus on hiring our weekly paid employees for our busy bakery.
This is high volume HR & Recruitment role sourcing and onboarding food production and hygiene operatives across our 2 manufacturing sites in Milton Keynes & Bedford.
This role will involve close collaboration with all hiring managers and HR. Key to its success will be the ability to attract quality candidates using multiple approaches to support business growth and driving of the direct recruitment model.
You will be great at:
- New Starter support to include; Induction reference applications, updating organisation charts, adding new starters to HR system
Leavers – processing leavers and acknowledging resignations, updating HR system.
Hiring volume roles in a manufacturing environment
Generation of direct candidates from a variety of sources including job boards, digital media, social media etc
Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics including cost and time to hire, effectiveness ratings of recruitment
Provide a consistent employment experience through ongoing development and delivery of a ’best in class’ on boarding module
You are:
- Confident in delivering a high volume of weekly paid recruitment
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in ensuring the recruitment process is followed at all stages
- Experienced in utilising a variety of sourcing channels, with strong direct sourcing skills including job boards
- Highly organised and able to prioritise high workloads
You have:
- 2-3 years HR/recruitment agency or internal recruiter experience
- Experienced in supporting an end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment
- Proven understanding of recruitment agencies and experience working with external recruiters
- Ability to make/manage a high volume or telephone calls and emails
- The ability to effectively implement creative recruitment solutions which deliver quality outcomes including broad campaign methods such as digital and social media platforms and the use of proactive and more direct recruitment methods
- Highly experienced with candidate communication and management
- Experience of building the employer brand using various recruitment strategies
