Job IntroductionAs an in house HR Recruitment Advisor, you will be joining our dedicated People Team who provide a high level service to internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in the full cycle of recruiting candidates who make a huge difference, delivering health and care to our local communities.The position is based in our Runcorn Head Office where you will work Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with the opportunity for hybrid working once you have passed your probation. This opportunity is a great step up for anyone who may currently be within HR or Recruitment or who has had a level of recruitment experience in a managerial / team leader position.Main ResponsibilityYour responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
- Advert creation - putting your creative writing skills to use to create dynamic adverts.
- Creative recruitment solutions - putting together recruitment open days for services, attending university events for registered professionals and reviewing new job boards and ways of working.
- Having the autonomy to suggest and implement improved processing systems
- Direct sourcing for difficult to fill roles
- Completing compliance checks and changes to employment
- A salary of £28,000 with access to our group pension
