Job description
One of our favourite clients based near NW London, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator, to join their growing Head Office and support their very busy HR and Recruitment team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to get a foot in the door within an HR / Recruitment environment, with the opportunity to progress into more of an involved HR role in the future.
The role is perfect for someone who has some existing office experience (any recruitment experience would also be a huge bonus!) and someone comfortable working in a busy and varied role.
Duties will involve:
- Advertising job vacancies
- Screening CV’s
- Speaking to candidates
- Coordinating interviews
- Sending out interview confirmations
- Sending out new contracts
- Meeting and greeting candidates coming in for an interview
- Assisting the HR Manager with all HR Administration for the business
It’s most definitely suited to someone who wants to work hard, prove themselves and then progress within an HR / Recruitment environment.
