Smart Edge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their HR Project Manager @ Glasgow, UK

• Understand the business case and Develop the project scope & define project boundaries (Use case/BRD/SRS).Understanding requirements and creating key project deliverables such as integration plan, test strategies, scenarios, and test data etc
• Document any change requests from clients and explain to IT team on Change Requirement
• Design Integration Test plan and perform various level of Integration testing .Test estimation, scheduling, requirements traceability, execution and reporting results to various audiences.
• Driving daily stand-up meetings to maximize test effectiveness particularly during execution phase .Defect identification, reporting and ownership through to resolution
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management using any management tool
• Should have domains experience on HR/Workday/Benefits/Compensation. Should have experience either US, UK Payroll domain. Any exposure SAP/ERP/HRMS will be highly advantages
• Facilitate implementation through training sessions
• Validate various feed files and from Source to target files /comparison
• Managing Vendor and Internal System Integration
• Engage with internal and external Stakeholder to manage integration changes Ability to learn new things, architectural level details, innovative testing approach.
• Drive the Book of Work, manage dependencies and escalate blockers
• The candidate should be adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged QA role. The role will involve interacting with clients in the Business, developers, external vendors and other QA teams.
• Agile software development experience, preferably Scrum. Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins
• Understanding of HR industry is a plus
