Job Purpose

To ensure the accurate input of data to assist the payroll function within the HR department. You will be the first point of contact for all employees and the MoviantoUK Managers. Maintaining our payroll & HR system is a key part of this role and is vital to the reputation of the HR department.

Location:Lutterworth or Tamworth

Salary:£30k Pro Rata

Contract: Fixed term for 6 months.


What you will deliver (responsibilities include):

  • Be the first point of contact for all employees regarding their salary, payslips, change of details, P45/P60’s etc
  • Dealing with any payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Data input onto our payroll software
  • Audits when required
  • Maintaining confidential information
  • Run reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
  • Process leavers
  • General administrative duties


Key Knowledge, essential skills and experience needed:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years working knowledge in payroll processing
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Able to manage various priorities at the same time.
  • Ability to stick to deadlines given to you.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills.
  • A confident communicator via several forms of communication i.e., emails, phone calls and face to face.
  • Problem solver.


Desirable experience:

  • Previous experience with using ITrent payroll software.
  • HR knowledge.
