You will act as the face of HR for all Retail and Head Office admin queries relating to payroll and general HR admin for the business. You will also be responsible for the accurate processing of the companies managed payroll and supporting the rest of the HR team in delivering an ambitious HR agenda for the year.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with all first line queries for HR, escalating to the HR Advisor and HR Manager when required, ensuring we as team deliver great service
- Manage the monthly payroll process in partnership with our payroll provider, Access, ensuring compliance to both Crew policy and Statutory obligations
- Ensuring accurate recording of changes to contracts across the business.
- Ensure the company complies with the auto-enrolment legalisation. Work with our providers to ensure both compliance and the scheme is line with our competitors
- Deal with first line queries regarding Maternity Leave
- Complete all HR letters such as amendment to terms and conditions, reference letters, etc.
- Support the HR Director on an adhoc basis with Diary’s and meetings
- Participate in HR projects when required.
- Note take when required (some travel required)
- Ensure compliance with right to work policy
- Any other task as required.
