HR & Payroll Administrator - 12-month FTC

East Sussex based

£25,000 - £28,000 plus bonus and benefits

Outsource UK have partnered with a well-known Engineering client of ours who are looking to recruit a HR and Payroll Administrator on a 12-month Fixed term contract. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries and requests as well as getting involved in the monthly payroll.

Candidates will be expected to:

  • Generate employee life cycle paperwork - contract change paperwork, exit interview paperwork.
  • Note taking at HR and/or employee relations meetings and production of typed notes
  • Maintain and update all HR records and employee files to ensure accurate records are kept at all times and filing in order.
  • Be involved in processing Monthly Payroll for all staff - action all payroll related employee life cycle changes, such as new starter actions, pension and benefit changes, pay changes and leaver actions
