Our client is a family owned, scientific organisation who are currently searching for a HR Officer to join their growing HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will have a wide range of HR duties, including: recruitment, providing HR advice, ER, GDPR compliance and supporting the leadership team with performance management and holiday requests. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, and will be based at our clients laboratory site near Wokingham, Berkshire. You will need to be on-site 5 days per week. This role would suit an early career (2-3 years) HR Advisor/coordinator who is seeking a ‘hands-on’ role with extensive mentoring, training and development opportunities. Candidates who are CIPD level 3 or above qualified are at an advantage. The interview process will be in two stages. First stage will be over Teams, or similar, for an initial informal discussion. Second stage interviews will be held on-site and will be more in-depth, focusing on your skillset and various scenarios you have dealt with in a HR capacity.
