CC Electronics require an outgoing individual who can work with people to manage the HR function, including recruitment, raising Sales Invoices and other general admin work to support all aspects of the business.

Hours: 7.5 hours per day - Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm (some flexibility can be discussed)

Some Duties & Responsibilities are described below (but not limited to)

  • Assessment and monitoring of staff working hours, record absences, and perform return to work interviews in conjunction with department heads
  • Maintain holiday records
  • Produce admin in conjunction with company policies such as attendance, disciplinaries and grievances
  • All aspects of recruitment through to onboarding
  • Inductions and liaising with managers for training and development
  • Daily invoicing and general admin duties such as raising purchase orders for health and safety and IT needs
  • Keeping abreast of legislation and liaising with HR consultant
  • Working closely with the Finance Manager

Skills / Qualifications

The right candidate will understand confidentiality and will be motivated to work with and support managers within the organisation. ’A’ level standard of education. 2 years experience of HR in a company environment. Good time management and ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

Salary: Commensurate with experience / negotiable
