With further exciting growth plans ahead, it’s a perfect time for a HR Manager to join the senior management team to develop and implement the HR strategy in line with their growth plans.This opportunity is both a strategic and hands on role as you’ll partner with the leadership team to help re-design, implement, and drive the initiatives that help attract, develop, and retain the most talented individuals.By taking the reins of the HR function, you will be stepping into a great organisation, already in place sits effective HR systems and processes, they are now ready to be refined and enhanced in all areas of people management, development and well-being.You’ll be playing a key role in coaching and developing managers to expand their people management capabilities and practices. Providing advice and guidance to Managers around managing performance, grievance or employee related issues. Along with analysing and co-ordinating learning and development needs, ensuring career progression frameworks are in place and delivered for every employee.Lead and develop their recruitment processes along with building a robust plan that will enhance the company culture and to support the next phase of growth.You will embrace a range of strategic projects, along with being visible and supportive to all divisions of the business.You will be supported by and responsible for a HR Administration, to support the day to day workings of the HR department.We’d love to hear from experienced HR professionals with broad generalist skills and a proven track record in planning and delivering a successful people and culture plan. Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above and ideally have worked within a manufacturing environment.You will have a thorough understanding of the whole people aspect of a business, from ER and recruitment, to training, change management, benefits and compensation.A highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to details and strong written and verbal communication.
