The Job:
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Manage the day to day People Function to support growth strategy.
- Develop and manage employee lifecycle processes.
- Lead on talent acquisition activities internationally.
- Coach, advise and work alongside all employees and line managers, providing support across the full HR remit.
- Lead the performance and development review cycle.
- Act as the organisation’s brand ambassador on all people-related matters.
- Lead on or contribute to a range of varied strategic People projects, from valued and culture to talent management.
What is the company looking for?
- Strong and varied HR experience, preferably non corporate
- Previous experience within a start-up or SME organisation.
- A hands-on attitude to managing and delivering day-to-day ER as well as project work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust and work collaboratively in a diverse team.
