HR Manager - Manufacturing Brand New Site An exciting opportunity for an experienced, stand alone HR Manager to join a global manufacturing company at a brand new, state of the art facility on the Wirral. You will join the business at the start of site operations and will work closely with the site leadership team to put processes and procedures in place to get the site up and running in line with project plans. This is a stand-alone HR role with strategic support from another site within the group. Key Tasks: Ensure compliance with the necessary requirements in human resources, legal compliance, organisational needs and employee issues. Identify, retain, train and develop talent Administration of wages, salaries and benefits Coordinate the organisational plan to changes in short, medium and long term according to business needs; Maintain HR practices, costs and risks under control Support third party and internal audits as required Experience/Attributes CIPD qualification (min level 5) Experience gained in a manufacturing environment, ideally 24/7 Broad HR generalist experience Self-motivated Able to work in an autonomous role Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent people skills with proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation IT Literate H&S exposure/qualifications - advantageous Apply Now or email CV to to be considered.
