Your Chapter provides specialist care and education for children and young people with a range of complex and high acuity needs. With over 20 care homes across Wales, Shropshire and the North West of England, we are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to support the organisation’s ambitious growth plans and be an integral part of the HR Team.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a solid understanding of best practices, policies and procedures. The successful candidate should hold a CIPD level 5 qualification and possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring the effective management of human resources with key responsibilities that include developing and continuously improving our HR strategy and policies to align with the goals and objectives of the organisation, provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances and performance management and recruitment and retention of staff colleagues.
