Our client, a trusted leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced part time HR Manager to provide maternity cover for 12 months. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the established reputation and supporting the team. If you’re a CIPD qualified HR professional with strong employee relations experience, we would love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff recruitment, offering guidance and coaching to managers.
  • Oversee onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Administer performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Assist in training and development requirements.
  • Maintain HR records, including headcount and absence reporting.

Essential Skills/Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • HR Manager experience
  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Knowledge of basic Health and Safety legislation
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary is competitive paying around up to £50,000 pro rata, depending on experience. The company also offers excellent additional benefits.
