  • A competitive basic salary up to £46k (pro-rata) depending on experience!

Key Accountabilities And Deliverables
  • Proactively (and wherever/whenever necessary reactively) provide the highest levels of service, advice, solutions and support to Usay leaders and their teams through all stages of the employment lifecycle
  • Manage the HR Assistant ensuring that key HR policies and processes are consistently, efficiently, and effectively executed, including those relating to performance management and reward
  • Provide specialist employment law advice
  • Monitor resolution of complex employment cases
  • Create new HR policies and ensure existing policies remain compliant
  • Provide advice on restructuring, organisation design and development
  • Representation at Employment Tribunal
  • Act as an internal consultant to managers on staff issues; influence and coach managers to better lead, manage and engage their staff
  • Conduct annual salary reviews. Ensure salaries are competitive and comply with minimum wage regulations.
  • Produce monthly HR KPI’s, highlighting any issues in the business.
  • Chair quarterly employee forum meetings.
Experience Required
  • Significant experience as an HR Manager with relevant qualifications.
  • HR Manager experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • Track record of maintaining continuous professional development and using knowledge of latest HR practices, innovations, and standards to company advantage.
  • Solid performance management experience.
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities from internal stakeholders and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to manage these effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation.
