Description

As HR Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Day to day HR operations
  • ER casework
  • Provide coaching, support and guidance to stakeholders on site
  • Upskill people managers on People related matters
  • Upskill leaders to drive strong performance
  • Assist in hiring talent for the team
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • CIPD qualfied
  • Proven track record at Advisor/Manager level to be able to deal with complex casework
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a predominantly blue collar environment
  • Strong organisational skills
